Some of what we carry is made by other companies, and we name them plainly on the product page so you know exactly what is arriving. Brands you may see on your order include PawHut, Outsunny and Aosom. Those names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Wrenwood is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those companies, and we are not an authorized dealer for any of them. Everything we sell is genuine and new, in the manufacturer's original packaging.
What that means for you
Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's own warranty, technical and product support, product registration, rebates, recall notices, and returns direct to the manufacturer do not apply to a Wrenwood purchase.
What does apply is our own 30-day guarantee, which covers every product we sell at every price. If something arrives damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete — or it simply is not right for you — we put it right within 30 days of delivery.
