Wrenwood Pets is an independent retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell. We choose them.

Where a product is made by another company, we name that company on the product page, directly under the title, like this:

Brand: PawHut · Sold by Wrenwood, an independent retailer

If a product page shows no brand line, the item is sold unbranded by its manufacturer.

The brands we carry

PawHut - pet housing, hutches, coops, crates, catios and agility gear. A brand of Aosom LLC, Oregon, United States.
Aosom - Aosom LLC, Oregon, United States. Outdoor and small-animal housing, pet furniture and yard gear.
VEVOR - larger cages, crates and agility equipment.
Wrenwood - items we source unbranded and sell under our own name.

Those names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We are not an authorized dealer

Wrenwood is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the companies above. Everything we sell is genuine and new.

Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's own warranty, technical and product support, product registration, rebates, recall notices, and returns direct to the manufacturer do not apply to a Wrenwood purchase.

What does apply is our own 30-day guarantee, which covers every product we sell at every price. If something arrives damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete, or it simply is not right for you, we put it right within 30 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping.

Packaging

Your order ships direct from the warehouse, so it may arrive in the manufacturer's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box, and the item itself may carry the manufacturer's own markings. It is the right product either way, and the guarantee is the same.
