This website is operated by Frances Lorne LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, trading as Wrenwood Pets ("Wrenwood," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and product information

We work to describe every product accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, sizing guidance, or other content are error-free. Colors may vary by screen, and sizing guidance is general, so please measure your pet and check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Our products are pet supplies; they are not veterinary devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always supervise your pet when introducing a new product and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock issues, and will refund any amount already charged. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; an order is accepted when it ships.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotional pricing and discounts may be modified or ended at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Third-party brands

Wrenwood Pets is an independent retailer. Some of the products we sell are made by other companies, and their brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them, and we do not present ourselves as an authorized dealer. Products are genuine and sold new in the manufacturer's original packaging. Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's own warranty, technical and product support, product registration, rebates, recall notices, and returns direct to the manufacturer do not apply to your purchase. Your order is covered by Wrenwood's own 30-day guarantee instead.
