The short version of our returns policy
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Nothing to ship back. Every order is covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
Changed your mind? Orders shipped from our US warehouse can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee apply. Orders shipped from our partner warehouse can't be returned for change of mind.
