Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right. On a piece this size we look at the photos with you first, because the fix that genuinely solves it is often a single part rather than a whole new unit. Either way you're covered, and we agree the plan with you before anything happens.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. We'll ask for a photo and a few details, then work it out with you.

Questions, answered

How many chickens does it fit?

That depends on the breed and size of your birds, so it is best to use your own judgment. As a general rule, give each chicken plenty of room to move and roost comfortably.

Can I move it around the yard?

Yes, that is one of the nicest features. Wheels on one side let you roll the coop to fresh grass or a shadier spot whenever you like.

How do I collect eggs?

The two-part nesting box has a hinged top that opens from the outside, so you can reach in and gather eggs without disturbing the rest of the coop.

Does it keep predators out?

The galvanized wire fencing is made to help keep your birds in and predators out, while still letting plenty of air flow through.

Is it easy to clean?

It is. A pull-out tray lets you slide out droppings and bedding for a quick cleanup, and the wire and wood wipe down easily.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
