Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

Questions, answered

How small is it, really?

It has a compact footprint of about 36 by 21 inches, small enough to sit beside you on a desk or side table. It is a great pick when space is tight but you still want your pet nearby.

How many rabbits will it fit?

It suits one rabbit or up to two dwarf rabbits. If you have larger rabbits or more than two, you will want something roomier.

What is the front made of?

The front is plexiglass instead of wire, so you get a crystal clear view inside and more light reaches your pet. The roof also opens up for even brighter interior access.

Is it easy to clean and feed?

Yes. There is a pull-out tray for cleaning and an easy-open latch on top, so feeding and tidying up take just a moment.

What color is it?

It comes in a gray and white finish that looks tidy in a home or office setting.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
