Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

We hunt down genuinely useful gear, vet it for quality, price it fairly, and back it with a no-drama 30-day guarantee.

Questions, answered

What pets is it for?

It is made for bunnies, ferrets, chinchillas, and similar small pets. It is not suitable for hamsters or rats, since the bar spacing is sized for slightly larger animals.

Can I move it around easily?

Yes. It has four universal wheels, so you can roll it between rooms or over to a sunny window whenever you like without lifting a thing.

Is it safe for small paws?

It is designed with that in mind. The floor grid and ramps are made to be comfortable underfoot, and the 0.95 inch bar spacing helps keep your pet secure inside.

How do I clean it?

A removable bottom tray makes cleaning easy. Just slide it out, empty and wipe it down, and slide it back into place for a fresh, tidy home.

Does it need assembly?

Yes, it arrives flat with a manual. The platforms and ramps go in as you build it, and most people have it ready the same day.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
