Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

We hunt down genuinely useful gear, vet it for quality, price it fairly, and back it with a no-drama 30-day guarantee.

Questions, answered

How much weight does it hold?

The pine wood construction is made to support large dogs under 88 lbs comfortably. It works just as well for smaller dogs and cats who could use a gentle boost.

What heights can I set?

There are four settings: 10.6, 15.4, 19.7, and 24 inches. That range lets you match most sofas, beds, and higher spots around the house.

Will my pet slip on it?

It is built to help them feel secure. A non-slip mat and four crossbars give the surface grip, and side railings help keep paws from slipping off the edge.

Is it easy to move and store?

Yes. It folds flat to about 2.8 inches thick, so it is easy to tuck away or carry from room to room when you are not using it.

Does it need assembly?

It does, but setup is quick and a manual is included. Most people have it ready to go in just a few minutes.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
