Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right. On a piece this size we look at the photos with you first, because the fix that genuinely solves it is often a single part rather than a whole new unit. Either way you're covered, and we agree the plan with you before anything happens.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. We'll ask for a photo and a few details, then work it out with you.

Questions, answered

What birds is it best for?

It suits smaller birds like finches and canaries beautifully. It is not designed for strong parrots such as Alexandrine or ring-necked parakeets, so keep those in mind when choosing.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes. The lightweight fir wood, water-resistant composite asphalt roof, and finish make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. In harsh weather, a sheltered spot is always kinder.

How do I reach inside?

Two large double doors give you easy access to the interior, which makes feeding, refreshing water, and cleaning simple.

Are there perches included?

Yes. There is a center vertical bar with separate staggered perches, giving your birds different heights to land, rest, and play on.

Does it need assembly?

It does, and a manual is included. It is a larger piece, so a flat workspace and a little patience help the setup go smoothly.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
