Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece arrives in the manufacturer's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box, and the piece itself may carry the manufacturer's own markings. It's the product you ordered either way.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

Questions, answered

What animals is this perch for?

It's made for chickens, ducks, and other similar poultry to perch, rest, and watch their surroundings. The four tiered levels give them room to hop up and settle in at different heights.

How big is it?

It measures about 19.3" by 42" by 39.4", with a four-level tiered structure. That gives your flock plenty of vertical space without taking up much floor area.

Will my birds slip on it?

The platforms are widened and thickened with a slightly concave surface, which gives a more comfortable, secure place to stand. The rounded design also removes sharp corners so birds can move around safely.

Is it sturdy enough for outdoors?

Yes, it's built from metal tubes and wood and is scratch and fade resistant. The wood edges are rounded and polished to help prevent splinters, and the circular base gives steady 360-degree support.

Is it hard to put together?

Not at all. Every part is clearly numbered and comes with a step-by-step guide, so most people assemble it quickly. The smooth surfaces also make it easy to wipe clean afterward.

What will the packaging look like?

It ships direct from a US-based warehouse, so it may arrive in the manufacturer's original carton rather than Wrenwood packaging. It's the right product either way, and it's covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

How fast will it arrive?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack. It's backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee, so you can make sure it's right for your flock.
