In stockProtect your order against loss, damage, or theft in transit, plus hassle-free returns. Added at your option during checkout.
Ships from a partner warehouse overseas, typically arriving in about 8 to 13 business days with tracking.
Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.
Thirty days, every order, no fine print.
Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.
Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.
Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.
Most pet households aren't just one animal. There's a dog and a cat, maybe a bunny, a parrot, a few hens out back. Wrenwood Pets exists so you don't need five different stores to care for them all.
We hunt down genuinely useful gear, vet it for quality, price it fairly, and back it with a no-drama 30-day guarantee.
