Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by PawHut, so it arrives in PawHut's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

Questions, answered

How many chickens will fit?

This is a compact coop, so it suits a small flock of one to two chickens, or similar small poultry. It is a great starter setup that you can pair with a run for more space.

How does egg collection work?

There is a side nesting box with a hinged top, so you just lift the lid to gather eggs each day without stepping inside the coop.

Is it easy to clean?

Yes. It has a full pull-out metal tray that slides out for quick daily cleaning, which keeps the coop fresh with very little effort.

Will it hold up outdoors?

It is built from weather-resistant fir wood with an asphalt roof, and the raised floor keeps your birds off damp, cold ground. A sheltered spot helps it last even longer.

What color is it?

It comes in a gray, white, and black finish that looks tidy in a backyard or garden.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by PawHut, so it arrives in PawHut's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
