Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

Will it hold up outdoors?

Yes. It is built from fully treated, grooved fir wood with a weather-resistant asphalt roof to help protect your pet from rain and sun.

What is the door-ramp?

The hutch door folds down to become a non-slip ramp, giving your pet an easy path to the outside. When it is time to close up, it lifts back into place.

It is. The hinged roof lifts up so you can reach inside to clean and refresh bedding, and the raised floor helps keep dampness at bay.

How fast does it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack. Every order is backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

This piece is made by Aosom, so it arrives in Aosom's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
