Shipping & returns

Ships from a US-based warehouse, typically arriving in about 3 to 7 business days with tracking.

Need something sorted? Email returns@wrenwoodpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within one business day, and the photo is what lets us settle most requests in that first reply rather than the third.

One last thing worth knowing: Wrenwood is a curated shop, not a factory. This piece arrives in the manufacturer's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box, and the piece itself may carry the manufacturer's own markings. It's the product you ordered either way.

If the carton carries the maker's own return instructions, those are theirs, not ours. Email us and we'll tell you what happens next.

Our happiness guarantee

Thirty days, every order, no fine print.

Your 30 days start the day it lands on your porch, not the day you ordered, so a slow delivery never eats into them.

Arrived damaged, faulty, wrong, or missing a part? We'll make it right, and you decide how: a new one on its way, or your money back in full.

Simply changed your mind? Covered on the same terms, for the same 30 days. No reason needed and nothing to explain. Wrong size, wrong color, or your pet took one look and walked away.

Why owners choose it

An easier way up and down

An extra-long, non-slip ramp that folds flat, made to help dogs reach cars, SUVs, and couches with a gentle climb.

At 61 inches, the long ramp creates a gentle incline that is easier on your pet's joints.

High-traction surface

A grass-like surface gives your dog a secure grip on the way up and down.

Folds for travel

It folds in half and has a handle, so it is easy to store and take along.

Stays put

Non-slip foot pads add stability and help keep the ramp from moving.

Guiding side rails

Wipe-clean frame

The sturdy PP frame cleans easily with a damp cloth.

Our story

One home for every creature.

Most pet households aren't just one animal. There's a dog and a cat, maybe a bunny, a parrot, a few hens out back. Wrenwood Pets exists so you don't need five different stores to care for them all.

We hunt down genuinely useful gear, vet it for quality, price it fairly, and back it with a no-drama 30-day guarantee.

Questions, answered

How much weight can it hold?

The ramp supports a maximum load of 198 pounds, so it comfortably handles most dogs, from smaller pups to larger breeds.

Will my dog slip on it?

It is built to prevent that. The high-traction grass-like surface gives a secure grip, and the raised side rails help guide your pet as they walk.

Is it easy to store and travel with?

Yes. It folds in half and has a carry handle, so it packs down to about 30.7 inches and tucks away in a trunk or closet.

What can I use it for?

It works well for helping dogs get up into cars, SUVs, and onto couches. The extra-long slope makes the climb gentle on their joints.

How do I clean it?

The sturdy PP frame wipes down easily with a damp cloth, so a quick clean keeps it looking good.

How fast will it ship?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days in total from the time you order, which already includes the time our US warehouse needs to pick and pack, backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee.

What will the packaging look like?

It arrives in the manufacturer's original carton rather than a Wrenwood box, and the item itself may carry the manufacturer's own markings. Same product you ordered, same 30-day guarantee.
